WHO WE ARE

COMPANY OVERVIEW

@Source Africa is a company founded by people with a burning desire and commitment to make access to food as painless as possible for all our communities, especially those that face daily struggles just to be able to go to bed on full stomachs.

The ideal of a nation that can attain food security status in our lifetime is fuel for our passion and quest for success in what we do.

Our business model is firmly focused on enabling ease of access to affordable and nutritious food for our communities and to make that possible, we will continue to invest in the development of sourcing, production and distribution strategies that straddle the balance between our company profitability - so that we remain sustainable, and the need for a socially responsible business execution programme with a social development bias..

Our brand “War Cry”, NOURISHING NATIONS is a testimony to our resolve to be a key player in the production and distribution of nutritious food within and beyond the borders of South Africa, and add impetus in the quest to make food security a reality in our country and indeed the rest of Africa, a certainty in our lifetimes rather than a continuous elusive dream.

WE SUPPORT EMERGING FARMERS TO HELP THEM GROW THEIR PRODUCTIVE CAPACITY!

VISION

We envisage growing into a significant contributor to the eradication of food insecurity in South Africa, by lending support to emerging farmers so that they can grow their productive capacity and strengthening our own food processing output to ensure that we are able to meet longterm demand for affordable nutrition.

MISSION

To become and remain a preferred supplier and partner in the food to the consumer value chain focusing on nutritional value and affordability.
